Who we are
This site belongs to the Forty-Four team (signature sailing tours, regattas and mountain camps). For questions about data, write to the email below.
What data we receive
Only what you enter in the request form: name, email, WhatsApp or Telegram contact, the tour you are interested in and a comment. Along with the request we see the page it was sent from.
We need this data to answer your request and organise your trip. We do not sell it or pass it to ad networks.
Where requests go
A request is sent to the team’s working Telegram chat. It is not stored in the site’s database. We keep our correspondence with you for as long as needed to organise the trip and keep records of enquiries.
Cookies and browser data
The site does not set advertising cookies itself. Your browser stores only your choice in the consent banner (local storage).
We turn on visit statistics (Yandex Metrica) only after you press “Accept all”. Session replay is not used. You can change your choice at any time.
Technical data
The site host (Vercel) may keep standard technical logs: IP address, browser type and request time. They are needed for security and reliable operation.
Third-party services
Links to Telegram, WhatsApp, Instagram and TikTok lead to third-party sites with their own rules. Photos and videos on the site are hosted by us; no external players are embedded.
Your rights
You can ask what data we hold about you, correct it or ask us to delete it. Write to us and we will reply within a reasonable time.
