Days 2–4
We head for the slopes first thing! Beginners get lessons, experienced riders carve. We explore the pistes: two ski resorts and plenty of freeride lines. If you get tired of riding, you can visit the Mikheil Khergiani and Svaneti ethnographic museums, go horse riding or join a Svan cooking class. In the evenings: a hot-tub banya and barbecue.

FAQ
I have never stood on a snowboard. Is that a problem?
Not at all, the instructor will teach you everything! We work with a chain of rental shops and can get gear in your size at a good price on request.
What does a day on the mountain look like?
On riding days we head to the slope after breakfast, around 9–10 am. We ride until 5–6 pm, with a lunch break at a restaurant from 12 to 1 pm. After riding there is free time, dinner and local activities.
What if skiing turns out not to be for me?
Svaneti has plenty to do: horse riding, ATVs and snowmobiles, viewpoints over the Caucasus range and the banya.
