There is little room on a yacht, so pack wisely. Here is the checklist we give guests before departure.
The bag
Bring a soft bag or backpack without a rigid frame: a suitcase will not fit in a cabin, while a soft bag slides under the bunk.
Clothes and shoes
- Swimsuits (2–3 sets so they can dry).
- Light long-sleeved clothing against the sun.
- A warm sweater or hoodie for the evening and a windbreaker.
- Non-slip, non-marking deck shoes.
- Sandals or water shoes for rocky beaches.
- A cap or hat and sunglasses with a strap.
Protection and health
- High-SPF sunscreen.
- Seasickness tablets (just in case).
- Your own medication and a small first-aid kit.
Documents and gadgets
- Passport and travel insurance.
- A bank card and some cash for marina fees and souvenirs.
- A phone with plenty of storage for photos and video, a waterproof case and a power bank.
What not to bring
Hard suitcases, heels and too many things: on a yacht you will spend most of the time in swimwear and shorts.
